Location Description:
I used to go and hang out at a friends house after work. We would sit outside and shoot the moon and drink a few beers. One night we just happened to look at the sky and see what looked like stars moving around. Being fairly scientific-minded, we knew that wasn't the case but have never figured out what it may have been. We told people about it and they didn't believe us until we showed them.
They were just little points of light in the sky that would move in odd ways. They would move in straight lines but would change course multiple times very quickly. We watched these objects for well over a year, and they were there every night without fail.
We were always very curious in the subject but never had any fear. That is, until one night we were standing out beside a fire we had built (we were teenagers, we liked fire) and we heard something awful. It sounded like a pig being slaughtered by a demon. There was loud squealing along with deep grumbling and wet slopping sounds. Eventually the pig squeals died out and all that was left was the growling and wet sounds. It was very disturbing. It could have been a bear, but there are very few bears in the area and had never known to attack livestock, but of course that's never out of the question. Still, pretty scary to experience.
