Location Description:         
 

In February 1865, Charleston residents evacuated the city. It is said during the civil war, soldiers took nightly refuge in the carriage house. There have been several accounts of people staying in room 8 waking to see a headless torso in the room with them. They say it`s a strong, barrel-chested man wearing several layers of clothes. One person actually reported reaching out and touching it. They say he moaned and uttered some angry sound that made it clear he didn`t want them there.

I stayed in the room that the torso is supposed to haunt- absolutely no weird feelings. I'd say its totally false
