Flatwoods, West Virginia is home of the Green Monster. First seen in 1952, the flatwoods monster is an alien-like beast that was first seen in the woods on the May family`s ranch and slowly migrated to the forest`s edge where it is said to live today.
People often report of a tall being/monster looking in windows and traveling through the forests in the area. Although the reports are scarce, they appear every once and awhile.

There are two possible ways for the Green Monster to look.
The monster is said to of been between 6-10 feet tall and have glowing eyes. The eyewitness` all claimed that the creature had a pointed head and short arms/appendages.

The other explanation said by some people is that it is some kind of alien being inside a craft of some kind. The woman who originally reported this said that the arms were actually antensome kind protruding form the craft.

There are illistrations show both explanations.

Hmmm... It DOES sound like something out of a 50`s sci-fi movie, but this is the type of thing that inspired those movies... Sound spooky.
