Location Description:

The Witch House is near Kitchen Lake. There is a chimeny that is still standing and there is a concrete slab that is there. Near the tree closest to the fence is a large mound of dirt. It is packed tight and is very hard. There are odd shaped lumps where supposedly the head, arms and legs of the witch are buried.

A girl who visited the location with some friends was physically harmed during her sleep the following week. "I photographed dark scratches, deep enough to trickle blood a bit on her person that were situated such a way that appeared impossible, or at least highly unlikely that she could have done it to herself."

Reports include floating red eyes in the trees, voices, EVPs, and smoke coming from the chimney.

When taking infared pictured a guy stood on the dirt mound and said that he felt heat around his ankles.

Down the road is a dead end where a bridge once stood. Only the support beams are left. Strange feeling have occured in this area.

spclairson Last Seen: 4/15/2008 5:26:59 AM	I live about 5 miles from this location. I have been there a few times at night. I have never seen or heard anything personally. I am not saying that anything wont or wouldn`t. I am going to try to get out there with a recorder to try to get some EVP`s. I will let yall know how it goes.

mrburger Last Seen: 1/16/2008 8:05:08 PM	Drove past there one night- didnt know where the place was until I saw it on satellite image. You have to drive down a dirt road from Sooner to get there. There`s about three houses out there south of 119th st. Drove down to the missing bridge and turned around. As I drove west back to Sooner, I saw a bright light down the road behind me. Looked orange, maybe like a fire. Or maybe it was just headlights from another car but there were no other cars and the road was empty. As I drove over the hills in the road toward Sooner the light disappeared.

davidgoodridge Last Seen: 1/16/2008 8:05:37 PM	I drove there on April 10, 2007 to Kitchen lake to have a look around. After reading several things about the area. As I drove past the old house on 119th St. my pick-up started to run very badly. I went on down the road and turned south on Air Depot where it lasted only for a couple hundred yards and then it died. I had to call for a wrecker for a tow to the shop. Was it just a coincidence that my pick-up died then or is there something to these stories I have read?

AnonymousVisiter ** US	i went with some friends about 2 or 3 months ago and we were driving and saw some people at the lake so we figured it was nothing but we got down farther and there was a man crawling in a ditch on the side of the road near some of the trees and we saw a bunch of the piles full of different things and the chimney was not smoking but it had fog around parts of it and as we were backing up my friends car it made a really loud noise as if we had hit something but when he looked back there was nothing there so he kept backing up and nothing was there when we got passed that point but when we got home and got out of the car there was a big hand print smeared across the back end of his car and you could see all 5 fingers as if someone had been hit and we also had no phone service and he turned of his car for a minute and when he tried to start it again it wouldn't start at first and it was not an old car its a pretty new one and nothing has been wrong with it before or since then.

Someone said they once saw a single orb hovering above a tree near the home, but that was it for the house specifically. The real action happens along the road towards the bridge as well as at the bridge itself (right in front of the bridge). There are some crazy folks in the house right on the corner (at the T off of Sooner?). They will shoot at peoplee sometimes and run after you. Also, the owner of the land that the house is on will call cops on you and will also come out to try to get you to keep you from getting away IF he catches you out there. Otherwise you're ok. Apparently a number of people have checked the place out safely ; p The house area hasn't really given anyone any eerie feelings, only the road going to the bridge and the bridge itself along with phsyical things happening that most people get freaked about before there's a chance to discover what it all is. There are also coyotes out in these woods so a friend and I were informed the night we went out, and by a random individual who just.... showed up as a friend was dropping him off.

austin Last Seen: 11/15/2008 2:40:57 PM	ok me and my friends went there about a month ago and we went to the her housee and didnt really see anything but we felt stuff and heard things that cant be explained. and the chimeny seemed to be smoking so we went down air depot to the dead ends and got out of our cars and we alked across the old bridge and didnt feel anything but if you keep walking back there there is an old street the forks off go left for about 100 feet look in the woods on the left and there should be a little hut and we went there during the day so we could acuatlly see what we were going to have to get threw to get there so we went to the house at night and my friend loooked up stairs and there is a chair up there to but at day nithing was there but when he lloked he saw a figure that looked like a old women and he said that he felt like she was choking him so he fell from the second floor and we ran off to our cars and when we got back our cars wouldnt start so we were freaking out and we went to the seven eleven down on sooner and he ran inside and bought the biggest jug of water you could get and drank it in like 2 seconds and he didnt look the same he was really pale so when he got back in the car he started yelling in a demonic voice that we need to go back right now and we were like no we arent going back but then he feel asleep and started talking in his sleep like whispering something so we started to drive back to the that hut thing and he started saying that seems like he is wathcing him self in a movie that there is two people inside of him so we got there and he jumped out of the car and disspeared in acrossed the bridge and he seem to vanish for a second then popped up like nothing ever happened and was fine i cant explain anything that happened that night i just now that we are NEVER ever going back to that place again

tygitramus Last Seen: 11/15/2012 4:31:43 PM	anyone else have any other stories on this place that might match up with mine? .. and try to add some detail into things if you do so we know where and how you were stanfing, sitting, etc, and which directions sounds or smells or whatever came from according to that, etc. This last guy with the possession story is the first i have heard of its kind in this area. NO possession stories have been through about this place ever before.... not even back when this stuff was on the shadowlands.net ; p

The bridge is down the road a little about a mile, but aside from that, yes they ARE technically the same things ; p If you read the comments by me, and by some of the other folks for this place and on the other place, you'll actually see what I mean. Witch's house is the witch's house and the bridge is another seperate thing, and quite honestly, I'd moreso go to the bridge than I would the house. ; p MUCH more interesting and scary ; p

AnonymousVisiter ** US	My brother and some of our friends went there and we were scaring ourselfs while driving to the location , my brother was driving and we couldn't find anything then we found the lake and so he kept going he pulled in this spot ti turn around and I started screaming and pointed and they were like shut up what is wrong and looked and there was the chimeny with this glow around it we were freaked the hell out none of us would get out so ohe kept driving and came to a dead end and we got out and started walking down thir dirt road and we walked a long way it seemed and on the way there was a barn looking thing and it said no trespassing but wedid anyway and could hear strange noises and so we kept walking and came to a dead end on the way back something jumped out and scared the living crap out of us I had flip flops on so they said I would be the one to get eatin by the witch or whatever I took off like a bat out of hell and beat them and broke my flip flop. Anyways we got back to the car and his car wouldn't start we tried 4 times then it finally started so I have no idea but it was REALLY scary and I WILL NEVER EVER go back

tygitramus Last Seen: 11/15/2012 4:31:43 PM	To find it, use some sense and put the roads from the 1st picture on this page into mapquest or google or something. Next, you can see where a 4-way set of roads was, but due to how much the T portion sticks out in the picture, you can tell that one of those is no longer in service. Next, you see where the Chimney is in that picture? The one wrapped up by a red square to the left of where it gives the set of crossroads which should make it easy to find this place? That part is the only thing left of the house aside from the concrete base. In order to get to the scary bridge part, just take a right at the T instead of a left (left will take you towards the chimney). Obviously don't go forward. And just to let you know, that pile of stuff that the witch is said to be under, it's asphalt basically.. hard concrete. It is not dirt. I stood on it myself and nothing wierd, but it was a cool evening. Chances are, considering what material it is made of, the stuff collected alot of heat during the day and then that one dude's ankles probably felt it as the heat was rising up as some things took longer to cool off in the area than others. We all know how hot concrete and asphalt can get and that it takes longer for heat to disipate from it ; p I suggest STILL just going to the bridge part and experiencing that area. Hopefully that will help, and also, if you are going to make up some story about flipflops and having your friends scare the crap out of you, please atleast make it seem believable. ; p

AnonymousVisiter TENNESSEE US	I used to go out there all the time. Also went to the bridge. We were driving by the witch house once and though I couldn't see anyone I saw feet and ankles under the branches of a fir tree by the fence. Creepy.

AnonymousVisiter - -	my friends and i went there tonight. we were too scared to actually go to the house but we had hit a ditch so we got out to check our tires. as we got out, we heard the screams and laughter coming from the direction we turned around from. we also passed the lake and there was a red pickup. the same pickup truck that you see in google maps. also, it was parked in the same exact position it is on the map.
