I live on Rt. 98 1 mile North of the Village.  Took the dog out at 11:45 and saw an object hovering in the the eastern sky sort of low the the horizon.  It caught my eye because it is flashing white, green and red light.  With binoculars, the flashing colors were clearly seen.  The object moved a bit farther to the East and a little higher on the horizon but it definitly was hovering and not flying.  This is not a plane, a helicopter or anything I have ever seen before.  It is not directly over Albion but not too far away either.
