Location Description:

Rumor has it that the ghost of a girl named Lizzy haunt the Heritage Hall in the E building. It was reported that in 1933 while Lizzy was exiting from the building, the Long Beach earthquake took place and pieces of the building fell on top of her. Lizzy was crushed and died instantly. Janitors and teachers of the school reported hearing voices, doors slamming, even apparition of a girl in a dress while working there at night. Reports also say she has turns on the alarms and has also tripped and pushed people down the hall. When they opened up the trap door underneath the building, they could see foot prints in the 2 inch thick dust walking into the dark. After the earthquake it`s now just a 1 story building. Where the 2 former stairwells used to be are just blacked out skylights. Rumor is that the bottom halves or the original doors are still attached too.

AnonymousVisiter R US	I actually went to that school. There weren`t any alarms that went off in that building in my 4 years there, no of anyone being pushed. Classroom doors have slammed when the two hallway doors were closed and no wind was coming through. Lights have turned off in the middle of class time when noise was being made (voice/motion detector lights). voices have been heard and apparitions have been seen. The trap doors story is true I talked to one of the VP`s that was there that day they opened it. All an all she is a very peaceful ghost and just wants to play.

I didn't walk around the school because that's just scary, so I sat on stair, to pretend that I spent time walking around the school. I wasn't really scared because I don't believe in ghost stories. I had my cellphone in my hands just in case something did happen. I sat for exactly 2 mins and got up to leave. Then I felt goosebumps all over my body. I hoped it was just the chilly night, but I looked around and saw a girl in like a redish-pinkish dress. I thought it was one my friends messing with me. But I was still scared. I just kept staring expecting something supernatural to happen. But then I got a call from my friend and I was startled and look at my phone. I looked back at the girl, but she was gone. My friend who called me asked if I was okay. I than ran back to the car and looked if one of my friends were wearing a dress or hiding it. I literally flipped out when there was no sign of a dress. Yes this girl exists. Thank god I graduated.

AnonymousVisiter	I go to grove, this is my sophmore year, I heard the rumor about the ghost, and now the janitors doesnt like to clean that building last, they clean it right after school, I heard that all the trophies in the 1930's secion of the hall fell at once, just that section, and I heard about the trap door, My teacher was talking about the story and suddenly it got dark for a couple minutesm and rumors saying that lights flicker on and off, doors slammed with no wind.

AnonymousVisiter	I graduated in 2009. Since I was editor-in-chief of the Argolog, I was always in E5 working on the newspaper after everyone had already left school. Some days I would be working until 5 or 6pm. The janitors always cleaned Heritage Hall first. They were annoyed when I was working because they wanted to get out of there. The doors are indeed locked up with chains. Whenever I would be working, I'd be alone in the room. I'd always feel like someone was watching me. I consider myself to be a little bit more sensitive to paranormal activity than others (I've had stuff happening in my house for a little while), and I always felt like there was something going on in Heritage Hall. I never saw anything, really, other than lights flickering (which has also happened in my house). I never heard any voices. I'm not sure if I heard door slams because I was so busy working. But I know something was there. Lizzy exists. I hated walking around on campus after dark, especially near Heritage Hall. That building gives me the creeps.

AnonymousVisiter - -	I go there right now, and the story is if you are a female and you look up to the ceiling, an appirition will appear to you, I've never attempted this. Also, my friend and I were in the E-Building(Heritage Hall) alone, waiting for the athletic director to come sign a paper from the back entrance. We were waiting about 15 minutes for him to come, and as soon as we left, I stumbled down the stairs, and no it wasn't my own footing that caused this, I'm convinced it was Lizzie.
