Location Description:

night time is the best always to see paranormal activity so it is known when walking down the headstone paths reading the headstones, when you get to the end and start back an obvious headstone changes from a grave marker to a magnificent headstone. This isn’t seen right in front of the face but when you realize there’s something different that’s what it is. Also whispers had been heard in the wind and trees and only sometimes a woman is looking for her child. Reports of a ghost that guards the entrance to the den. Many claim if you go in the den, you will lose your mind or never be seen again.NO TRESSPASSING You must have proof you have relatives in this cemetery, violators will be prosecuted.

Arashi	The GPS coordinates for this location are 47° 46′: 39.65″:N, 122° 04′: 33.70″:W. To get there, get onto I—405 and take onramp onto US—2/WA—522 E (exit 23) to Woodinville/Wenatchee. Stay on that highway, and after about 6 miles, turn right on Paradise Lake Rd, which will be the first traffic light you come to. Then follow Paradise Lake Rd for about 2.5 miles. On the right hand side, across from a small housing development, there will be a dirt pullout. Park there and go up the path that heads parallel to the road up the hill...if you`re facing away from the road, it`s on the left hand side. Follow that path until you come to a clearing with a big house in it...the cemetery is on the left side of the yard, interspersed with trees and shrubs. I had fun going there, there is a pentagram on one of the headstones, though we didn`t find any 13 Steps to Hell or anything like that. On the downhill side of the path to the cemetery, there is a car with a tree growing through it! I included a photo. That has to be the creepiest thing I saw there...I have no idea how the car got there, but it`s held up by only the tree.

stone82 Last Seen: 9/7/2008 1:40:28 AM	Me, my husband and a friend went to this cemetary twice last weekend. Thanks to the awsome directions that were given by Arashi, Thanks! Anyhow, as soon as we arrived at the enterance, the two posts, we smelled an awfull smell for about 60 seconds and then it was gone. While being there the first night all three of us felt a heavyness in the air, we took some EVP's and when we got home we listened to them and caught a few things and later that night they somehow got erased from both our computer and our recorder. So we decided we wanted to go back the next day... In returning to the cemetary we decided to only talk in regular voices and not wisper while we did our EVP's because spirits tend to wisper. Anyhow, we walked along each gravestone and with talking amongst ourselves and reading the headstones we caught quite a few voices on our recorder. One in particular was not in english, we don't know what language it is in, it might even be old english. After taking our walk through the two rows of headstones we came to the end of them. At the end, if you are facing the "enterance" it will be to your left, there is a very old headstone and small and it sits on a slab of concrete and there are broken pieces of concrete around it. We caught an EVP saying "I can't go down there" and a voice saying "help" the voice sounds like a child. Keep in mind that there are quite a few children layed to rest there. What me and my husband seen to think, and this is only our opinion is that there are no 13 steps to hell, but in fact down in the brush where this headstone is all by it's self, there is broken up concrete and the feeling that we got down there was undescribable!!! Feelings of something not wanting us there and then we also got EVP of grawling, very loudly!! We also caught MANY voices telling us to "go", "leave" after being down by that one grave we all felt very uneasy and our chest felt heavy. There is DEFINETLY something down there... and it didn't want us there anymore. We think that it is a demonic spirit. While walking back to our car down the long trail something was following us and I had that feeling as well as my husband. I decided to stop and turn around and talk a picture and I caught a picture full of orbs... mind you it is 10:00 at night and no pollin or anything else... I snapped a picture right after the first one and nothing showed up. I truely believe that this place is very active with spirits and I recommend if you do go, go with a recorder and a camera and be very careful. And keep in mind that it is a cemetary so have respect for the dead. Good luck.

AnonymousVisiter ** US	I used to visit this cemetery in the early '90s with friends. I have seen the steps, but come to think of it they could have very well been broken pieces of concrete. They are not perfect by any means and were very old. The car with the tree growing out of it.... There were some groups of people who used to wait for kids like us to show up. They would hide and wait for you to abandon your vehicle and then would "rock" the car until it tipped over. It never happened to us, but it was known back then to not leave your car unattended for very long. This would have been about 1990. All in all a very interesting place to visit.

AnonymousVisiter	So the last time I was there I was with my fiance and one year old boy. I was carrying him in his car seat between me and Belinda while we walked up there. All of the sudden Lance started choking on somthing and there were leaves all the way down his throat, choking him. I was able to get them disloged luckily; I can't understand how he would have been able to tear off leaves to plants while being carried in a car seat, but I could not match the leaves to ANY of the plants in the area.

AnonymousVisiter ** US	I grew up in Maltby most of my life and have been to the cemetary several times The car with the tree growing through it is cool I took a pic of my cousin sitting on the car and in the pic he had no face ! Not joking all you could see is white weird Some of the gravestones are very strange One of them had like no info on it. I have always heard of the 13 steps and the many stories about them but have never seen them. One time I was there during the day and we kept hearing this pounding sound like someone hitting a tree with a big stick. Also leaves cracking next to us like someone was walking next to me. I did get a erie feeling on more then one occasion there have been satanic groups that have gone there over the years but not just at the cematary all over the woods in Maltby and echo lake also if you look on crime stoppers you will see two different unsolved crimes that took place out there one of them Ken Lapoid He was chopped up into little bits and body parts were burried all over the woods most of them were never found. Another was Kyle vonrotz he was found in his car the passenger door was open and he had been shot in the head he had his wallet and all his money on him. So needless to say there are some strangs things that go on around the area but There are a lot of not so good people out there and a lot of those people are on drugs so please whatever you do just be careful The names of the the crime stopper cases might be mis spelled but you can look them up on the crime stoppers web site. Another cool place in the area lost lake also known as devils lake the water is BLACK yiu can't see in it at all also it is said to have caves at the bottom The sheriff's office searched it when investagating ken's murder. I have always had an erie feeling there at night. Hope I have provided some helpfull info happy hunting to all and be safe

AnonymousVisiter	So I have had other experiences with the other side, plenty of times. But I went there just last night and-NOTHING! O.M.G. What gives? I spent hours there with a few friends who were too afraid to sit on the graves with me, and went back to the car before I was finished. So I was alone. taunting. and still nothing happened, I would like others stories, maybe it'll convince me to go back cause as far as I'm concerned it was a waste of my time. AnonymousVisiter * US	Finally, a Snohomish factoid with an ounce of truth. There used to be a "13 steps to hell" but removed them because they attracted too many intruders and too much vandalism. If you really want a creepy experience, go to the Silvana Cemetery in the middle of the night, in Silvana, Washington. I thought I was gonna have fun and be all brave with a few friends going up there, but once I got there and stepped out of the car, the air was vibrating! I had a few very odd experiences that night, I won't be doing that again.
